Due to the country’s need for instant gratification/results it is important to mention that what is seen on TV, magazines and the internet is likely edited and/or manipulated. The point being, weight loss goals must be safe and within the limitations of each client. Results vary as no two individuals are alike. Goals such as losing one to two pounds a week, improved blood pressure, lowered bad cholesterol, increased good cholesterol, normal hemoglobin A1C, efficient heart rate, a reduction of prescribed medications (with physician collaboration) are all realistic goals.  With client commitment and hard work, health, wellness and fitness goals are achievable.

In Your Home or Clubhouse

Training in your home is convenient and private. If you have the space and some basic equipment your ready to go. Even if you have no equipment exercise is still possible. Some free weights and other inexpensive pieces are recommended to purchase. If you choose to convert a room in your home into a fitness studio we can help with room design and appropriate equipment selection based on all your individualized needs.

If you have a clubhouse fitness center where you reside take advantage of it, you are left without excuses to exercise, it’s under your nose!  You will be integrated and proficient on everything your fitness center has to offer from controlled machines to free weights to the cardiovascular machines.
